Any defective or damaged items will be refunded or replaced. If you have received an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault or through the shipment process, kindly fill out the form on the Contact Us page here or email us at updoessentials@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item. Please attach clear photographs of the faulty item(s). You will be notified of the outcome shorty after we have reviewed your request.

If you are qualified for an exchange or refund, Updo Essentials will cover the cost of returning the faulty item. The product will not be accepted for return unless it was received with a defect and we were notified within the 10 days post delivery. 

Wear and tear of items as a result of normal use is NOT considered a manufacturing fault e.g. scratches, tarnished colour or rusted spring metal due to consistent contact with water, placement of product in direct sunlight for periods of time, etc. 

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind for safety and hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
